| NOTICE to all rifle and handgun purchasers / winners: You MUST go to MAPLE RIDGE SPORT CENTER to process the ATF background check required for you to gain possession of your firearm. Please present the auction or winner receipt at: MAPLE RIDGE SPORT CENTER 3650 RIDGE ROAD BLOOMSBURG, PA 17815 570-387-5099 to pick up your firearm. You MUST pick up your firearm by MAY 31, 2011 or you will forfeit the firearm back to Lehigh Valley Chapter/SCI, with no reimbursement to you. |

be obtained on the web at: www.cfc.gc.ca or by phoning 1-800-731-4400.
The website offers downloading of the declaration form (JUS 909).
Remember, if you fill out the form at home, DO NOT SIGN IT!! It must be signed at Canadian
Customs.
YOU MUST BRING THREE COPIES. The charge is $50.00 Canadian.
Also, DON’T FORGET YOUR PASSPORT!!!
GST tax is not included in the donated items.
